Pricing Policy

Skip bin prices quoted within Australia at the time of booking are in Australian Dollars, inclusive of GST (Goods and Services Tax). All prices are subject to change without notice.

Delivery Policy

Skips will be delivered by our suppliers or agents on the agreed date provided that booking is made at least 24 hours prior to delivery date. Please note: We do not deliver on weekends or public holidays.

Standard skip bin hire period is from 1-7days including both the delivery and pick up days. The hire period may vary depending on your location.

7-day hire means seven days. For example, if a skip bin is delivered on a Wednesday it will be due for pick up the following Tuesday.

Most deliveries are made during the morning to fit in with our daily delivery schedules.

Delivery times for the Sunshine Coast are from 7.30am until 2.30 pm from Monday to Friday. The exact delivery time will depend on your location but we can give you an estimate time on request.

Orders placed after midday (12pm or noon) may not qualify for next day delivery.

All skip pick-ups are due on the scheduled pick up date or later, or by arrangement with the supplier.

Refund Policy and Service Charges

Budget Skips will provide a refund of fees paid if Budget Skips or its supplier fails to deliver your skip.

Service and cancellation charges

If the customer or customer’s agent cancels the skip bin delivery a minimum cancellation charge of 25% applies. If the skip has been dispatched or delivered already, a cancellation fee of 75% will apply.

This cancellation or service charge includes all charges incurred prior to disposal of the waste at the Landfill or Waste Transfer Disposal facility.

The service charge also applies if a truck comes to pick up the skip bin as per the booking schedule, but is then turned away until a later date. In this case, the service fee, along with any additional day rate, will apply.

Refunds can only be made to the credit card details supplied at time of booking. Refunds can take up to 15 business days, and any other charges incurred, such as Merchant fee, booking fee or cancellation fee, will be deducted from your refund.

To avoid service charges please notify us no later than 7.30am on the day of delivery (or as soon as possible) about any cancellations. If you wish to cancel or delay the pickup date please contact us 24 hours prior to the scheduled pick up of your skip.
